As the President and CEO of Infinity Technology, Mr. Bent has successfully built an award-winning business. With more than 20 years of proven operational experience in the U.S. Air Force, supporting both large and complex programs. Mr. Bent’s expertise includes operational and technical background, tactical communications, IT services, training, budgeting, and program management. After retiring from the Air Force, he managed programs of national importance, assigned to U.S. Central Command missions providing program management oversight to critical infrastructures and central service solutions across the enterprise.
In 2005, Mr. Bent became an entrepreneur and business owner and founded Infinity Technology, LLC. His desire to form Infinity focused on building a company that reflected his core values of Integrity, professionalism, and quality rooted in collaboration, transparency, and communication.
Under his leadership, his firm ranked on the 500/5000 list in 2010 and Washington Technology Fast 50 in 2010. Mr. Bent remains focused on strategic and aggressive growth while empowering customer missions and fostering an employee-centric work environment.

Mr. Bent holds a Bachelor of Science from Western New England College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Troy University.
Fred Ferares is the President of Infinity Technology. Since April 2021, he is responsible for leading, shaping, and delivering the company’s future. He is an established sales and organizational leader who has successfully led transformative growth within large and small corporations. Mr. Ferares joined Infinity Technology from Verizon, where he led the sales organization for the Department of Defense, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), the United Nations (UN), and the UK Ministry of Defense and Intelligence Community since 2016. From 2011 through 2016, he worked for several systems integrators, where he held executive roles in operations and business development.
Mr. Ferares served twenty-four years in the United States Marine Corps. A combat veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, his decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal (with Oak Leaf Cluster), Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal (with Oak Leaf Cluster), Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (with Gold Star), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, and the Combat Action Ribbon.
Mr. Ferares holds a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.
Timothy Martin serves as Infinity Technology’s Chief Growth Officer. In his role as CGO, he leads the establishment of corporate growth and the business development model, so they align with the company’s culture and capabilities. Mr. Martin has spent over 20 years supporting the Federal and Department of Defense. He has been responsible for Operations and Business Development for both small and mid-size companies within his previous roles.
Mr. Martin is an avid reader and spends his free time raising two children fostering their passions within the Arts and Dance and has spent years supporting different non-profits and currently serves on the Advisory Board and Honorary Board Member for the Woody Williams Foundation, whose mission is to honor Gold Star families.
Talanda Richardson is Director of Human Resources for Infinity Technology LLC, headquartered in McLean, Virginia. As Infinity’s top human resources professional, Talanda is responsible for providing worldwide direction for the company’s human resource initiatives. She joined the company in June 2019.
Before her role at Infinity, she served as a human resource professional with CGI Federal and Raytheon. Ms. Richardson has over 20 years’ human resources experience in technology and professional services industries with clients in the federal government and state space.
Talanda served in the United States Army, retiring in 1995. During her service, she served in many different capacities at Ft. Stewart GA, Ft Knox, KY, and Europe and the Middle East. She earned a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC). A native of Florida, she enjoys swimming and golfing.
Brad Kellaway serves as Infinity Technology’s Director of Program Management Office (PMO). He joined Infinity in 2021. As the PMO director, Mr. Kellaway directs and oversees the PMO to ensure Infinity programs and projects meet organization goals and requirements. He also develops and implements PMO processes and policies and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. Brad has over 25 years in Project and Program Management to include working as a PM Manager with Boeing and Booz Allen Hamilton. He also served as a Program Manager for the Department of State where he oversaw the installation of IC platforms across multiple diplomatic posts and embassies. Brad is an Air Force Veteran, having served 21 years (active) in Military Intelligence and Meteorology, and his service includes Active Duty Wartime and Armed Forces Service Medals.
Brad earned his M.B.A. from Hawaii Pacific University with a concentration in International Business as well as a Masters in Information Systems, both while serving on Active Duty and deploying on occasional overseas missions. He earned his undergrad (B.S. in Information Technology) at University of Maryland University College. He is also a certified PMP.
